    You probably shouldn't give the kid a hard time. He's still learning. Maybe he's scared of you, because you know what you're doing and he doesn't want to mess it up in front of you. I know that when I went to my first job everyone was being very condescending towards me, and I got really upset because I thought I was messing it up so badly.
    Just some things to take into consideration.
