at the end of my 8.5 hr shift i can get pretty irritated. This happens and i can hear my voice go down to a much deeper and serious tone "i understand you want the tea lemonade, but you HAVE to tell me what KIND of tea it is you WANT" oh starbucks customers

bleh, we get a lot of that too but theyre ALWAYS with really ditzy, air-headed girls. and sometimes, their responses to "which tea would you like in your lemonade?" we get "you know... the shaken..."
